Techniques/Work on Displays - Ms. Jacobs is an impressionist/realist painter in style, which emphasizes her subjects. She can be free at times, but also can be accurate when the need arises. She uses all the techniques that she deems necessary in a painting, but her favorite technique to use is the salt technique.

Ginny Jacobs’ work is on display atthe "Soaring Crane" shop at Cape Kiwanda, Cloverdale Pharmacy in Cloverdale,and Hometown Market in Pacific City. She is featured five times a year at the Inn at Cape Kiwanda Artist Reception in Pacific City, and the Tierra Del Mar Fair also features her work every year in August.

"Watercolor is the only medium I have found that can show what I see and feel in a visual picture—and I love to create that sense of mood in the atmosphere, --to portray that on a sheet of paper, and give my audience the same feeling.
